Service was ok, but cost and bill pay were horrible. I called after 2 months of job being done and no bill. I was told they were busy and they would send asap. That was in September of 2021. Today March 18, 2022, I received an invoice marked account overdue. Needless to say I was not happy. Not to mention that the cost of the job was almost $900. I called and all I got was the account would not be marked overdue. It was the only bill I received. I think since I was in Pennsylvania and the job was in Myrtle Beach, someone should have given me an idea of choices I had and a price. None of that was ever done. I spoke to someone and all I got was I am sorry. Not good enough to satisfy me!

It went well.

In January of 2014 we had an outside water spout break. Mancil came out and serviced the break. During the service the tech turned off our sprinkler system at the main. The tech stated the sprinkler would need to be replaced in the spring. He documented and said to call then. When we called in early spring they had our information and we reviewed over the phone what was needed to be fixed. When the tech showed up he acted like he had no idea why he was dispatched to our home. We were charged $80 for him to drive out to are address but provide no repairs. Tech stated "he couldn't fix and would send an estimate to fix."

he told me that i needed alot of work done, but got another estimate and this plummer fixed it for alot less and did not have to do all the other plummer told me. i have used mancill before and was very happy, and would use them again if needed. think it was the employee that did not understand exactly what he was doing. Overall Mancill is a very repitable business and i do not want to discourage anyone that may have to use them.
