LUKE'S WASHER & DRYER REPAIR

He came out & took a look at the washer, and he told us that it needed a part. He replaced the part & I paid him $70.00 cash. The next day when we used the washer, it was still doing the same thing. I called him, but he would not return my calls. So, I called Cribb Appliance. He came out & told us we needed a new washer. However, Cribb told us that Luke was owned by his father that passed away, and his son took over his business, but he doesn't know how to fix appliances. WHAT A JOKE--BEWARE OF THIS GUY! He is an IMPOSTOR!!

I called Luke this morning and described my repair problem He asked where I was located and I told him the sub-division. He said he would call me back when he finished the call he was on. That was 5 hours ago. I guess he does not frequently visit my area-North Myrtle Beach but if that was the case why not just say so. Too late today to get anyone else so he has put me a day behind getting my repair done. Shame on you Luke-just be a man about things and tell the truth. Thank goodness he did not come out-after reading the other review here on Angie's List I think Luke would be a waste of time and dollars.

Five minutes after he left the washer was still making screeching noises and overheating. I called him probably 10 times over that week and left several messages. He finally on Friday answered and said he would come back and replace the motor. He came and put in a motor that spun the wrong way so now the dryer will not even turn on. I have called him over 10 times and left at least three messages and have had no response. On the last message I told him he can take the dryer and the motor that he put in it but that I thought he should refund us the $55 for the wrong motor.
