Description of Work: Purchased carpet and padding for two rooms. They used a company to lay the carpet. The installer was trying to piece padding together so he wouldn't have to go down two flight of stairs to retrieve more padded. When I told him that I would not accept pieces of padding he became argumentive. I did inform Lowes.

+ 0 moreOverall, a great experience. I purchased the refrigerator on 12/1 and asked the attendant if there was any way the delivery could be made the same day. She called the guys and they fit me in to their schedule, having to go back to the store from being out making deliveries. The guys came and took away the old refrigerator, plus an old freezer in my garage that was no longer working. They worked diligently to install the new refrigerator and showed much professionalism. They also were both very personable.
Description of Work: I purchased a side by side refrigerator. The guys removed the old refrigerator and installed the new one.
