+ 0 moreIf you’re looking for a honest, no pressure, punctual, professional heating and Cooling company, look no further. LHT is the company for you. Most companies want you to buy a new heat pump, smoke detectors, etc when you do not need it. They must get a percentage of the sale so they pressure you into buying it. Not with LHT, they are honest, convenient and professional. Everyone does their job so it’s efficient and the job goes smoothly. Try LHT you will not regret it.

Description of Work: They installed air conditioning for me in 2014 and one in 2016. The check the unit in october 2019. I use them twice a year.

Description of Work: We are on a monthly lawn care contract for fertilizing and applying insecticides and weed control. The contract also calls for spot service as requested. THEY ALWAYS COME ON THE DAY SCHEDULED BUT NOT NECESSARILY THE TIME SCHEDULED. Length of service 1.6 satisfied years to date.

+ -1 moreWe could't have asked or found a better contractor. We asked the company who we had a contract with and their estimate was DOUBLE what LHT wanted. These are Carrier units that were installed. I waited a bit to post this because I wanted to see if there was a difference. WOW, every room is the same temperature. Their workers were neat, courteous, and knowledgeable. It took three full days to fix the duct work and install everything including two new thermostats. Feel confident with Joe!
Description of Work: They replaced two heat pumps and fixed the ducts in the attic that were a mess.

Description of Work: I have used LHT for the past three years for routine maintenance and whenever we have needed our heating/cooling unit serviced. Last year I had them move my entire system from the back to the side of our home. Every time I have needed them they have always been punctual and have never failed to answer a service call within an hour if the issue was a pressing one. I have also recommended LHT to several of my friends and relatives who are also extremely satisfied. Each year I contract with them to do a service check at the beginning and end of the season to assure that I will not run into any major issues with the unit. This contract offers me confidence that I will not face a breakdown in the heat of the summer or the cold of winter. I am extremely pleased with LHT and will continue to recommend them whenever possible. Just yesterday I had them examine the unit in a condo I am thinking of buying for an in-law and when she moves in she will not have to worry about any problems with the HVAC unit because LHT will be maintaining it. Thank you LHT for my peace of mind!
