Needed a new roof on our Carolina room. Got a very reasonable quote and they did the work very quickly Professional and knowledgeable team. Very pleased with the work and would recommend them for a roofing project.

About the best experience Iâ ve had with a contractor since moving to Conway. Their presentation of the estimate was detailed, describing the materials and processes (in some cases why each was unique), and how the work would be performed. The performance was to the letter of their description. The crew was on time, prepared, cheerful and highly capable. The project was supervised throughout. When they discovered a few small problems, they were taken care of without drama. And when they discovered an unusual feature on my roof to save me money, they made a cost adjustment in my favor. They finished the roof by noon, and the clean-up was exhaustive; my yard looked cleaner than it was before. First-class in every respect.

If you want the job done right the first time out of my experience I would say higher this company came when they said they would cleaned up like they said they would and everything looked great at the end. Jack was an excellent project manager and Matt that sold the job did exactly what they said they would excellent work guys.

They found the problem and fixed it.

All went as expected. We had a medal roof installed and it looks great.

Excellent communications from quotation all the way up to past the date of installation. Work went as described and so far no issues of quality. Would recommend to anyone in the area needing their roof repaired/replaced.

Granted the contract stated. Color match is not guaranteed but the color was way off. A blind squirrel could have gotten a closer match.

Contractor Matt was very courteous, efficient, proficient and professional. Took care of roofing repair and explained what work was done. Very reassuring. Would definitely use Krause again, if ever necessary.

Stop looking at other companies. They have a great product. We very much liked the one on one with the company from the salesperson to the Roofing specialists performing the job to its completion in ONE DAY. Very respectful. They take any small/ minor concern you may have and answer promptly. Talk about clean up debris afterwards. You have no idea a new roof was put on. That was the Houdini act!
