They were excellent!!

At first it went well. Then she started bringing different ladies each week who spoke no English. Juliana insisted on using her own methods even after we asked her numerous times to do differently. We actually tried her at two different times for short periods. Her attitude had not changed. After the crew left, we wanted to use our products and found many products missing. Some of them we had just purchased.

Juliana is professional, punctual and passionate about her work. She aims to please and wants her customers to be 100 % happy. I am always pleased with her services.

Everything went great!!!! Ms. Juliana has demonstrated a consistently high level of professionalism that we had not found in several previous cleaning services that we used. More specifically, she gives a great deal of attention to detail when cleaning----she doesn't "gloss over" areas. She also possesses a positive ("can do") attitude and is willing to go far beyond of the call of duty to make sure her clients are completely satisfied with her work. In fact, she constantly puts pressure on herself to make sure everything is spic and span before she leaves. She gets our highest rating-----which is very unusual for us to give. We have high expectations for our cleaning services and Ms. Juliana consistently exceeds those expectations.

Juliana and Rose were excellent in all aspects. Their charge was more than we have paid in the past. Initially i was shocked when JULIANA stated that she didn’t fold clean sheets. All cleaning crews I have had in the past folded the clean sheets after I have washed and dried.

Aside for a delay in being here (I was called to update when they would arrive) about 1 hour late, they were very professional and cleaned everything well.

Juliana did a beautiful cleaning in my home. I was pleased with the thoroughness of her work. Every surface and corner of my home was spotless. I especially liked the nice touches she did with the Kleenex boxes, toilet paper, paper towels and even the towels in the bathrooms. I would highly recommend her services!

this crew doesn't fool around, it looked like I needed to paint all the woodwork and the kitchen cabinets ,but after they were done, the wood and kitchen was perfect no need to paint .that saved me money and time. I recommend them to anyone. They were worth every penny I gave them and more.
