Description of Work: Set up 3 separate times for someone to come out to give an estimate. Nobody ever showed up or called. If they will not show for an estimate, wonder how long it will take to get a job done. Decided 3 chances was enough. Moved on to another company who needs business more than Jerry Dan does.

Description of Work: Installed gutters and downspouts on each side of my house. Even added extensions to the downspouts so that the water coming off the roof was taken even further away from the house. Professional and good service. Have had absolutely no problems with their work or product.

Description of Work: The service was provided approximately 5-6 years ago. When we complained to the provider that the gutter did not drain properly, he replied that he told my wife (she denies) that something was wrong with the slant of the roof. Even if this was true, it didn't help to learn this info only when we had a problem. He has never repaired the problem.

+ -1 moreDid not show up for appointment. Did not call. I called him and he said he would not come out for under 350.00. I told him you don't even know what I want done. He said well I won't do the job for less than 350, it's not worth it to me. I said Good Bye Jerk. NEVER use this guy.

+ -1 moreFirst Dan came to house on a Saturday and walk around the entire house asking questions about what we wanted to get accomplish. Very polite and professional. Next he measured the distance of guttering areas. And finally provided us with quote. We agreed on the amount and he scheduled the work for Monday. Work was completed on Monday as promised and completed beyond what we expected. Definitely would hire Dan the Gutter Man again.
