+ -1 moreRick and his wife Theresa (wife sets appointments) seem to be very ethical people overall and don't seem to be the type that want to stick it to you with inflated pricing. My realtor referred us to Integrity when we purchased the house in 2015 and this is our 3 or 4th time using them for plumbing related issues. During this visit we decided to purchase the annual service plan just so we can get the 15% discount on future calls for service. The work was done extremely well (same as the other times we used them) and the problem was fixed. I called that morning and Rick was at the house around lunch time and did the repairs that same day. Rick stands by his work and takes pride in giving fair prices and doing a good job. I trust him to give a fair price and I don't say that lightly when I compare my experience with Integrity and some of the other plumbing competitors we have called. My personality is "Type A" and I will comparison shop until I find the right company and the right price along with the best reputation for service. Integrity fits the all of the above.
Description of Work: We had a leaky pipe under the house in the crawl space (discovered by the Cable guy when he was doing some phone wiring under the house) and we had a vertical crack in the drain pipe under the kitchen sink (discovered by Rick when he did the whole house plumbing inspection [we signed up for the Integrity service plan which included a whole house inspection). We needed both fixed asap.

Description of Work: They quote a price that we agreed on, did the job as promised and left the house as clean as it was when they started, and then checked back several days later to confirm we were satisfied and had no problems. I would and have recommended them to others.
