After competitive bidding, I awarded to Heat Pumps Plus due to best price and an excellent customer satisfaction history. Darrin Barton, Owner, did not disappoint. Awarded on a Monday, he quickly had the new heat pump package ordered, picked up and installed within five days. Install was completed in less than 8 hours that Friday, as promised. Darrin and his two install technicians, Owen and Cody, displayed a high level of technical knowledge and skill while also providing a high level of quality workmanship. The team was conscientious and payed attention to detail. I was continuously kept informed of progress. There were no "hiccups" and the work areas were left completely cleaned up. I appreciate their positive work attitude and do not hesitate in recommending Heat Pumps Plus.

We hired Darren to replace and install a heat pump & thermostats. He gave u a VERY fair price and arrived on scheduled day promptly. He covered floors & stairs with drop cloths to make sure they stayed clean. Part way thru he told us that we might need a new service box if the wiring of the current thermostats was not compatible with new ones but that he would try to connect them and see if they worked. True to his word, he did that and we didn't need the new service box which would have been another $400.00. This man is honest, hardworking and true to his word. We highly recommend Darren and his crew.

heat pump plus came to my rescue twice the first time when my little one my dog snuck out he helped me get her back home the second time when he gave me estimate and darrin eric and otis installed a new hvac sysytem to perfection and at a more than reasonable cost i received three estimates and i have to say for same equipment at almost 1/2 the price very professional he even kept looking for ways to save me even more would highly recommend heat pump plus !!!!!
