Technician, Martin Brooks, arrived on time. He was very professional, measured the carpet we wanted cleaned and provided a written quotation for four different levels of service. We agreed on the "Silver" package which included a pre-treatment and deep scrub of the soiled carpet. He even supplied my wife and I with some little plastic overshoes that allowed us to get around the house while he did his work. We have a large dog that sheds a lot of hair and dander. When Martin completed the scrub process and we saw all the hair that was brought to the surface, we were astounded. He did a thorough vacuum of the pet hair. He had to clean all the filters on the truck-mounted equipment as they were plugged solid. He then proceed to clean the carpet, using chemical-free cleaners. This was followed by a treatment that would prevent the soil from back into the carpet fiber so easily and prolong the carpet life. The entire process took less than 3 hours and, the carpet was completely dry by the end of the day. Healthy Home has the best extraction equipment on the market. Needless to say, we were thrilled with the result, The air in our home is clean and fresh once again, Martin left us with a free bottle of spot remover, instructed us in the proper use of it, also a gift bag of pens, clips and helpful instructions. This is our third experience with Healthy Home and we will call them again. They are the absolute best.

Healthy Home was on time. Technician was competent & did a great cleaning job. They can get into stains better than any carpet cleaning company I have ever used.

Carpet was sorted in heavy traffic areas - looks like new.

Michael was actually a couple of minutes early. He applied spotter and cleaned area rug. Cleaned bedroom rug and applied protector to all rugs and hall area. Cleaned all sides, cushions and pillows of sofa and chair and applied protector. Excellent job!

It went very well and the musty smell we had in our office and Bedroom has gone away. The only thing they couldn' fix was two vents that were not working but technician explained that the duct work was originally hooked up wrong and that I should have my HVAC company fix it.

They were on time and very professional. Did an outstanding job and worked on a couple of difficult stains with good results. They were in and out in in less time than anticipated. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Man arrived on time scheduled, vacuumed the carpet, then scrubbed all the carpet, re vacuumed to suck out excess water and then put down the protectent. He moved the den furniture & put pads under the legs.

Austin arrived on time. Measured our rooms and gave us a price describing everything we would receive for the price stated. We agreed on a price and he promptly started . He did an excellent job. He was very polite and professional.

Excellent. They put on shoe covers and they did all the above. They changed shoe covers every time they went outside to their truck. All was good!

Two of the rooms of carpet had some furniture dents in the carpet and pad; medium on wear - mostly in the high traffic area. The third room had very little use, but had some moderate stains. They came up and that was the room that was stretched. All turned out well. Technician was thorough.

Fine - They were on time and did what I asked for. They do try to upsell you, but I was very clear on the phone before I made the appointment. So when they arrived there would not be any disappointment - that the master was the only room I wanted cleaned, and if they were not interested in such a small job, I would understand and would not schedule the work with them.
