Cleaners showed up on time and did a very good job.

Came a few minutes early. Called to confirm the day before. Put on booties, Assed job, took his time to get the job right. Loft goodies bag of spot remover, booties, etc. Excellent service!

Representative arrived on time, measured carpets, confirmed estimate with owner of company. Rolled and transported carpets to facility. Within a few days, owner brought carpets to my home, placing them properly. Very pleasure with service and value.

HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED VERY HARD AND FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR AND A HALF CLEANING MY CARPET. HE EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME AS HE WENT ALONG, AND MADE SUGGESTIONS FOR THINGS THAT I COULD DO. HE LEFT ME A FREE BOTTLE OF CLEANER, TOO. HE WORKED ON SPOTS IN THE CARPET THAT WERE THERE WHEN I MOVED IN 6 YEARS AGO. HE DID A VERY NICE JOB, THE CARPET CAME OUT GREAT - AND I HAD A 50% OFF COUPON!!! :)

Michael called to let me know he was on his way. Introduced himself and asked to see areas to be cleaned so he could measure and give me an estimate. Gave me various levels of service. I made my selection and he got right to work. My carpets look new. Will definitely use again. He also provided a very thorough review of what carpets would be doing. HH also provides a folder for the paperwork, shoe covers and a bottle of spot cleaning spray at no extra charge.

The best my carpets have ever been cleaned! He removed stains other carpet cleaners gave up on I will definitely use them & recommend their service.

Excellent job on carpet and tile but not on dryer vent. HH reimbursed us for additional charges to have vent cleaned properly.

Super!! The gentleman who did the work was very conscientious, protected my walls, or any items in the path of hoses, worked thoroughly, did a wonderful job and was extremely nice.
