They provided us with covers for our shoes (for us to wear until the carpet completely dried). The carpet was dry in a few hours. Mike showed us a significant amount of white mold he and Tom found on the back of one of our dressers. It was good they found this so we could take corrective steps to eliminate this. I asked Mike about some black spots on the concrete on our patio. He said this might be mold also and suggested cleaning it with a bleach/water solution. This worked well.

The service guy was prompt and courteous! He knew and cared about what he was doing. This is my second time using and will use again. Their spot remover is amazing!

The price is probably A- that was special. I only call Healthy Home when they have a special. Yep, I would consider using them for carpet cleaning in the future.

All went well. The rug being wool had to be taken to their facility because of drying, that took 5 days. They also gave me a bottle of their spot cleaner, which I used on a spot that had been there for years, and the resort was not able to get out all that time. A few squirts and it was gone.

The job was great. Could not have been better. It has encouraged me to use them on a more regular basis and use the Platinum Package. They worked tirelessly, even did without a lunch/supper break. They took extra care throughout this large house. Thank you, Healthy Home.

Beautifully. This was the second time I used them and they do a very thorough job. Our carpeting is 6 years old and a very, very light tan. We live near the beach and our grandchildren visit us frequently during the summer and it still looks great! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike arrived on time, was pleasant and professional, and did an outstanding job. He exceeded my expectations with his desire to make sure he completely removed some tough stains; he even left a gift package with stain remover and a couple of other items. I will definitely use Healthy Home again!

Bobby and Mike were punctual & pleasant. When they arrived, we all walked through the house to go over details (spots, carpet stretching, etc). I then left to go back to work. They were done in about 2 hrs. they moved furniture, etc. I was hoping more of the stains would have came out better... They also left a little goody boy ! very nice touch! It had a bottle of spot cleaner in it!

.We were both deceived by their advertisement. I guess I was reading it one way because I had a lot of coupons from various companies and I thought it was your getting the carpet cleaned instead of for $50 they would clean it for $25 not $50 worth of carpet cleaning for $25 and then when I bought one it rang up a two and I said well that's ok so I'm going to spend $50 instead of $25 that's just fine. I called up the company and I said ok I got these two coupons, I want to use one for the carpeting and then there's tile in the kitchen that I would like cleaned too he said not a problem he gave me his son's cell phone number and we set up a time and they did get there within the time frame however they said they weren't gonna do anything because it wasn't clean the carpet for $25 and it wasn't cleaning the tile for $25 like the owner the father told me it was just $25 off.

They were on time, very professional & gracious. Did a great job.
