My wife and I had purchased a home nearby and wanted to be sure we were leaving the rental we had enjoyed for almosta year, in as good or better condition than we found it, if possible. We don't have children living at home but we do have a lot of visitors and we also have a large Airedale Terrier that leaves a lot of hair everyplace she goes. We didn't realize how dirty the carpet was until we removed the furniture and area rugs. Even after a thorough vacumming we were not sure we could salvage the 10 year old carpet, after several tenants, animals, etc over a 10 year period since the home was built. Noah and Matt from Healthy Home arrived on the scene and within two hours, power scrubbing the traffic areas, they had the entire carpet looking like new. We could not be more pleased with the service and quality we received from this company and will use them again for our carpet cleaning, duct cleaning and any water clean-up that may occur.

They were punctual and polite, left some streaks on the upholstery which we cleaned eventually. In the last 2 -3 years we used them repeatedly, amounting to over $2000 business

Noah came on time-did a wonderful job preparing the carpets for the cleaning. Was thorough in moving furniture and thow rugs.

The gentleman was on time, polite, explained everything he would be doing, completed the cleaning and treatments, explained when to be able to walk on carpet, explained that it may be slippery from carpet to hard surfaces to be careful, and provided foot coverings to us. I was very impressed with the whole experience. When we called several companies this was the only one that we spoke to a person and not a machine - this is also very important to us.

The renters were quite pleased. We use Healthy Home very often and are always pleased with the service we receive.

I've used Healthy Homes many times to clean my carpet and once to clean the AC ducts. In every case, the provider was polite, professional, competent and thorough. I have never had any complaints with their services.

My husband and I both thought that the carpet cleaning job was very thorough and excellent; the carpet looks new and it was full of stains prior; when I came home as my husband was here when the carpet was being cleaned, I was impressed. Our carpet was looking dirty being a beige color which soiling looks more pronounced so it is nice to see it looking so good again!

Leaked cleaning fluid on marble floor (caused damage).

He was a little late but once he arrived, he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was able to vacuum out a large wasp nest that was back in my dryer vent and was keeping the dryer from operating properly. I would recommend this service.

They were quite flexible with their schedule, prompt, and made great recommendations to help the dryer be more energy efficient.

I had used them a couple of times. The first time it was excellent. The second time we were not satisfied at all. There were areas that were dirty when they left and we asked them to come back and they just said that it was the pattern and it was not going to come clean. But, I know it could because my husband cleaned it and it came clean. Therefore, we were not happy with them. Their price was ok; it was fine. Their responsiveness was average. In terms of professionalism, I don’t think they were professional as far as handling a complaint. I would not use their services again in the future.

They were on time and did a fantastic job. We had some pet stains and now our carpet looks like new .

They were terrible. I would not suggest that my grandmother use them; she could clean better than they did. I don't think they did a whole lot of work. I paid them too much. I would not recommend them to anybody. They suck. They didn't clean the tile and I had to get somebody else to do the work. They are terrible at what they do. They are inadequate and overpriced.
