Very well. The technician, Michael (#215) arrived on time and after surveying and measuring the area, provided an actual cost for the job. After applying a 25% discount I was more than pleased. We have a large dog and even though we try to keep her clean, she leaves a trail of hair, oil and dander wherever she goes. This builds up over time was evident mostly in traffic areas. The technician had excellent equipment and, using all green (natural) cleaners, spot removers and stain prevention, had the entire carpet looking like new in no time. We took the Gold Package, which includes a pre-stain remover, a final spray to keep the carpet from staining as quickly ( similar to ScothGuard, but greener) and a return visit to clean up any spots that may return. Michael provided us with a bottle of spot remover for small spills. He was very professional, clearly knew what he was doing and did not leave until we were 150% satisfied. We had used this company at our previous home in Sunset beach and we knew they were good. We will call on them again and highly recommend them for professional, environmentally friendly carpet cleaning, large or small.

Let me first say that I have used my fair share of carpet cleaning companies both personally and professionally and Healthy Home wins "the best cleaning ever" hands down. I found them on Angie's List as we are new to owning at the beach and wanted to make sure the carpet was clean as we are trying to minimize our replacement costs having just purchased it this year. While Healthy Home was not the cheapest they are the BEST, and as the saying goes "you get what you pay for." We were not able to be there for the cleaning as this is our home away from home, but arranged for the technician to have access on the day scheduled. Brooks (our technician) called me once he arrived and assessed what needed cleaning and went over what may and may not come out of the carpet. The office called the next day and took my credit card info for payment as I felt at ease paying "sight unseen" as Brooks was so pleasant over the phone. And the lady I spoke with to make payment asked and mailed my receipt to my primary address which was nice since they also left one at my condo. My husband and I arrived about a week later for a weekend getaway and WOW was it clean! It looked almost new again. My husband will attest that I said it AT LEAST 10 times how impressed I was with the cleaning. I'll be using them again and again.

The cleaning greatly reduced the odors that were in the carpet. The Healthy Home representative was very thorough and explained each step of the process. They were professional and we would use them again without any reservations.

THEY DID ACCEPT MY COUPON, WHICH GAVE ME A DISCOUNT OF $25.00, SO I CAN'T REMEMBER THE TOTAL PRICE, BUT IT WAS VERY REASONABLE. HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB & THE CARPET SMELLED & LOOKED VERY CLEAN!
