+ -1 moreSorry for the delay in providing this evaluation. I actually have a gutter helmet product at my other home. However, this price quote way MUCH higher than others - understanding their "helmet" product is (supposedly) superior to others out there. Sales rep arrived on time but was inflexible/impatient as I was trying to work with him and other on-site contractors. I was at the new home for just a few days and needed to multiplex between various contractors to get all the work done. The salesman seemed to be put off by the fact I had actually requested quotes from others. Apparently, he made disparaging remarks about other competitors out of my earshot (heard form other contractors (non-competitors) on site). He also seemed aloop and unsympathetic to any financial constraints I had in terms of my budget for gutters/downspouts. Would not recommend this company.
Description of Work: Only received quote to install gutters/downspouts on home. Did not hire.

+ -1 moreWhat has been installed so far appears to work great, but product seems very expensive. I should probably have shopped around a bit more.
Description of Work: Took several weeks to get started, started installation on 7/22/09, not yet finished, received one phone call asking for remainder of money owed on day work started. Have not heard anything from anyone since then (nor have I sent the check).
