Description of Work: I have known and used Graves Pools for several years. But more than this, I have known and worked with the people that work there for about 16 years. they may have worked at different companies but they all work at Graves now. They are always quick to answer any and all of the questions I may have. They are courteous and helpful and never try to over sell me. They have taken time (several times) to stop by my residence to make sure everything is running correctly in the pool. I trust them and in this world we live in today, that says a lot. They go the extra mile as far as service. I might add, the prices are commensurate with local and online businesses. I drive an extra distance to get the best. I wish they had a location on the North end of the beach!

 + -1 moreCalled left a message for the person that handles pool covers. No one called back. I called the next day and spoke to him. He said they would send someone the following week to take measurments. He also stated that there would be a eighty dollar fee for that service even if I did not like the estimate and not order the cover through them. I agreed to their policy and requested that he sends someone out for the measurements. To this day no one has come to measure my pool or call me back. At this point I will be going with a different pool company.

They are honest and will tell me even if I do not need anything at that time. I will be using them again in the future. I am very happy with their services. They have even referred me to another pool company when they could not fix the problem.

 + -1 moreThe service man, Chris, who was sent to install and service our needs in regard to the hot tub was extremely informative and helpful in figuring our how to best place the spa in the limited space and still have the necessary room to service it in the future. He explained how best to enable it to function effectively and efficiently. They have been quick to respond and here when they said they would be and truly knows the business.r
Description of Work: it was necessary to make some extra arrangements in the service due to the placement of the spa, which we had purchased from them, in the space provided on our back porch. Each time that they came, they were punctual and explanatory in the time they were here.
