i called and set up an appt fo him to see what i wanted done. he agreed to come the same day which was great as i value my vacation time and wanted this repair completed as soon as possible. he arrived right on time and went over all the details with me. i was going to supply the light fixtures and he agreed to come back the next day to begin the work. one day later and the job was finihed perfectly. no mess to clean up, perfection. that night i realized i forgot to ask about the smoke detector so in the morning i called mark and he came back at the end of the day and replaced the detector. again no mess. my daughter who lives in the condo has marks card on her refrigerator and knows if there is any electrical issue, call mark.
