Goodwin's Pool Service

I had this company for several years and do not understand why things changed so quickly. I asked several times about the rate that the water was going down in my pool and was told evaporation. Called Drew and asked about posable leak, and if they do leak detection, he said measure it and let him know, and yes they do detection. Did what he told me to do and tried calling next day. Left multiple messages with no returned call at all. Same time frame I left the country for a few weeks and while away my wife said they did not show up to do maintenance. I called and asked when was the last time they did maintenance. No response at all. That was a month ago. I left multiple messages and even text. They were good when they worked and showed up, but went down hill in my mind. They even put acid in the salt water pool several times, not good for kids getting into pool

Very nice family operated business. They treat you like long lost friends the first time you meet them.

Excellent work and excellent communication. They definitely know how to use all of the pool equipment. I would definitely recommend them.

Great work and Great Service

We had a pipe that cracked under the concrete of our pool. We were very concerned that this would be a extremely expensive fix. So we consulted Home Advisor and Mr. Goodwin contacted us right away. He came the next day, found the leak, gave us a very very reasonable quote. He came the following day with his crew (wife and son) and it was fixed perfectly and quick. This family business, is extremely knowledgeable about pools. Do not waste your time calling those big pool companies, they are a rip off and only care about their commercial accounts. Mr. Goodwin is honest, and definitely a pool expert. Don't hesitate to call him.

We had another pool contractor through Home Advisor who suddenly, without notice, said they do not service the Conway area anymore, leaving our pool a disgusting mess. We live out of state, this is our retirement/vacation home. We found Goodwin Pool here and Drew came to our home that same day, and the following day as well, and in one day, our pool was clean and my fiancé was able to use it for the rest of her vacation. 100% recommend his services. Very professional, but extremely nice as well.

Quick, responsive and knowledgeable.

Drew is a tremendous worker and he always does what he says he is going to do. He comes up with these new innovative ideas which help me save money. He transformed my chlorine pool into a saltwater pool a few years ago and it costs a lot less to run.
