Description of Work: Lap top processer "7 beeps of death". Had Geek Squad remove hard drive and upload information to replacement lap top. Highly efficient as lead time when dropped at Best Buy was 2 days but they completed the work in a matter of hours at a very reasonable cost.

Actually, I've taken my computer in there before and they would fix minor things and not even charge me so that's pretty amazing. The people that have been working there that I've work with and I work with the same people pretty much every time. They have been excellent.
Description of Work: I had some viruses and I took it to Geek Squad and they fixed it right away.
