Frank's Fantabulous Cleaning Services

Not well at all. This cleaning service worked for us a few times several months ago. We paid them promptly, they produced mediocre work, talked a good game and finally dropped us like a hot potato using the excuse that they were experiencing health issues with a relative of the owner. When we later posted a revised negative review on another site, Frank became irate and submitted a very hateful and defensive response that lacked any form of professionalism, critical thinking, logical or analytical reasoning skills. When dealing with this business, it seems like the clients end up working for the cleaning service, instead of the cleaning service working for the clients. Put another way, Frank's Cleaning service leaves the perception that we are to bow down to them or they will take their game elsewhere. Buyer beware with this cleaning service.
