Description of Work: We had a leak in the master bathroom toilet. Scott was the workman sent to the house. He was on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosised the problem and gave us 2 options, one owas to repair and rebuilt the toilet, the other to replace. We chose to replace, a few dollars more but worth it. He completed the work timely and cleand up afterwards. he didn't even have a problem with our 4 legged inspector checking on him. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: I CALLED FOGARTY & FOGARTY AND TALKED TO TAMMY. SHE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.ROB FOGARTY THEN CAME TO OUR HOME AND LOOKED AT OUR EXISTING WATER HEATER. WE NEEDED A REPLACEMENT. HE TOLD US WHAT WAS OUR BEST BET TO SUPPLY ALL OUR NEEDS. HE EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT HE WOULD DO AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO COMPLETE THE JOB. HE DID EXACTLY AS HE SAID HE WOULD DO. HE ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND WENT OVER EVERYTHING HE DID.I AM VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING HE DID. I WOULD RECCOMEND HIM TO EVERYONE. ROGER BENNETT

Description of Work: I had this firm in a property I own about 6 months ago. They did services on the kitchen sink faucet, sprayer and installed on/off handles for my hot water heater. A plastic part snapped off the kitchen sprayer. I called the firm and within 1 hour they had a technician at the condo. They did not have the part; went out the pick one up. The technician returned and replaced the part free of charge. All the work with the stoppage to pick up a new part took less than 1 hour. The work they did 6 months ago - we had a similar experience. The response and the service were prompt. The techs very professional. Explain what they need to do, estimated a price and did a great job. Would highly recommend Fogarty & Fogarty to anyone.
