Description of Work: Fogarty has repaired several issues at our homes from burst pipes to leaking toilets. They are promp, professional and stand by their work.

Description of Work: I had hired them to install A new kitchen sink faucet. First he installed it wrong, he did not put the plate that goes between the sink and the faucet in and got an attitude with me when I ask him to please install it correctly. Then after he left the faucet started leaking very badly, and there was this horrible leak under the sink that was leaking water under the sink and onto the kitchen floor. I ended up having to call another service to have them come out and fix what he did. It ended up costing me a total of $750 including what I paid him to initially install the faucet, to fix the mistakes he made. I even had to end up purchasing a new sink because of the damage that was done to the sink prior. So what's the price of the sink included which was $325 it ended up being $1,075 total. Because of his mistakes. I have sent you guys several emails regarding this and not gotten any response.

Description of Work: Called for assistance. Ms. Fogarty immediately called back but did not have a person available who could work on a gas hot water heater. She gave me a name and number to call. She then checked back with me the next day t to see if I had gotten someone. Excellent follow through, Excellent customer service. I will call Fogarty first for any othe plumbing issues or work I have.

Description of Work: My garbage disposal died. The service man was here 10 min early! (Don't think that ever happened to me before.) He confirmed what I thought (my disposal was "dead") and had one in his truck that was the same brand as the old one, and had it installed in 15 minutes. I had called this firm a few years ago for an issue and their service was the same. I will never use another plumber... and cannot recommend them highly enough! |

Description of Work: I had a slow draining tub that eventually stopped draining. This was fixed and the tub drains like new. Also had the same issue in an old bathroom sink and this was cleaned out and works like new. Addressed an issue with the kitchen faucet leaking and it works like new. |I called and left a voice mail and had a return call within 15 minutes and a plumber was sent over within the hour. Fast service, great work, good price. Would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen facet. Tried to find a leak that we thought was coming from upstairs bathroom.

Description of Work: We had a leaking kitchen faucet and some unusual plumbing due to a filtration system. We were able to replace the faucet ourselves but couldn't stop the leaks under the sink. Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. It took some time to locate the shut off valves for the filtration system as these were in the garage on the other side of the house. Scott was able to disconnect the filtration system, stop the leaks and also discovered a leak behind the refrigerator that we didn't know about.
