Whe I first called Fogarty plumbing, I spoke with Rob. Fogarty and immediately felt,that he was responsive to my questions and needs for a new hot water heater. We set a date and time within the next couple of days and he came by to look at the old unit. When he arrived he introduced himself to me. He was polite and respectful and provided me with the price. We agreed upon the work and because of my busy schedule it was just a couple more days until we could install the new unit. He arrived and again shook my hand. He brought assistance with him with a fellow worker. They were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I had a lot of questions and during the installation they answered every one of them without even breaking stride in the work process. Soon I had a new water heater and was extremely pleased with the service,they gave. I would definitely use them again for,any plumbing need that I have in the future.

initially called Fogarty and Fogarty plumbing about replacing my water heater and garbage disposal. Andy showed as scheduled and gave me a written estimate. I agreed to proposal and work was carried out on schedule and installed professionally. We then discussed bathroom remodeling. I had 30 yr old contractor grade tub/showers, toilets and vanities with old linoleum floors. I was given a detailed written estimate on replacing all of the aforementioned items. Terms were agreed upon and details of the scheduled work were made clear. They were punctual, courteous and professional. One bathroom was completed within a week and the other bathroom completed the following week. I had two master plumbers doing the install work. They did a great job. If you need any plumbing work done, call these guys for an estimate.

Guy was very nice when he came out, but never called me back with a quote for the job and didn't return my call when I called him...

I was extremely impressed by Fogarty and Fogarty. After being left in the lurch by our contractor's plumber for a small job he just couldn't find time for, we were down to the wire on getting this job done. After reading great reviews about Fogarty and Fogarty on Angie's List, I called them up, explained what I had been told was the problem, and set a time for them to go out there. Less than an hour after the appointment started (I couldn't be there), I get a call saying "We're all done!" I couldn't believe it! They fixed what I had been told would be a thousand-plus dollar job for about $125. Since he was already there, we went ahead and put in the new spigot off the back of the house, a job I had been reluctant to even mention to the other plumber for fear of him delaying scheduling even more because of it. Nope, Fogarty and Fogarty gets it done and does it fast and does it right. I couldn't recommend them more. I will definitely be using them again.

Toilet kept running and needed flow valve replaced. Called this company based on recommendations from other reviewers. Tammy promptly returned my initial phone call. Scheduled service for the next morning,and Andy showed up right on time. He fixed the leaky tank by replacing all parts. I don't know what to have expected to pay for this service, but was satisfied that the problem was dealt with promptly.

Water was dripping on to my hot water heater from the HVAC unit. Called Fogarty Plumbing Co. and within ah hour a man was here who prompty got his vacuum cleaner and unclogged the drain of said unit. it was done within a short period of time and there was no more leaking. The technician, Andy, was professional. He explained was needed to be done and handled the repairs in a professional and timely manner.

I called Tammy and her guys were in the area. They were there I. 30 minutes, ready to handle our job. Again, super nice fellows.

They attempted to remove anode rod but were not able to loosen old rod due to previous company using impact wrench to tighten. I paid 45 service call fee and got my kitchen faucet checked out as well which wasn't planned. I was told to contact Moen and they sent me a replacement faucet wand free of charge. I was impressed with knowledge and professionalism despite inability to replace the anode rod.

The job went without a hitch and Andy was very professional.

Fogarty & Fogarty are professionals. Their work is precise because they know what they're doing from decades of experience. We've hired Fogarty for previous work so when the kitchen faucet needed attention ... of course we called Fogarty. The friendly, courteous plumber arrived arrived within scheduled time, assessed the number of problems and answered our questions, showed us the problem parts upon removal, and installed the new plumbing. And when Fogarty caulks it is PRECISE and CLEAN which is important, not sloppy like other plumbers. The cost was even a bit less than the verbal estimate given to us by Tammy at the office.

Excellent job. Courtious, great personalilty, prompt, cleaned up afterward. Will have them back again to revent hot water heater.

A couple of years ago my garbage disposal in my kitchen sink stopped working. I went to the yellow pages and found Fogarty and Fogart (AKA "The Plumber Who Cares"). I figured with a sub-name like that I better give them a try. They came over tested the old disposal and it was dead. It was pretty old. They gave me a couple of options as to model and price both of which they had available right there in the truck. I chose the one I thought was the best for my needs and they installed it. This is my vacation home so I don't use it all that much. About a year ago the disposal did not work, so I called them and they told me how to hit the reset button and held on the phone while I tried it and it worked. This year I came down and the disposal just hummed, so I tried the reset button but it did not help. I called them but they had not opened yet, so I left them a message since I was not going to be home. I told them the situation and that I would leave a key. Several hours later they called me and told me they could come by and check it out. When I did get back home the problem was fixed a bill was left with 3 pieces of a sunflower seed shell that one of my friends who had used the place must have tossed into the sink. I was impressed that they did take care of me, they didn't worry about whether or how I might pay them. They trusted me enough to just get the job done and to simply leave the bill.

I called and they came the same day a few hours later. Very pleased with knowledge of plumber and the service provided.

I called their office and received a professional, knowledgeable and courteous answer. An appointment was scheduled for two days later. The plumber arrived on time and was able to perform the work in a reasonable amount of time. The bill could probably have been a little lower, but the whole process went so smoothly that I consider this a minor issue.

As usual, Scott performed the job in an excellent manner. He was prompt, efficient, and competent. The job ended up taking more time than expected, but Fogarty didn't increase the cost of the job beyond the estimate given. I was more than happy with the end result of the toilet installation and the shower repair. I won't even consider calling another plumber for an estimate. Fogarty is one of the most professional and helpful companies I have ever dealt with.

We called Fogarty because we have used them before and have always been happy with the work and price. Scott was to provide us with an estimate on what to do about our toilets and shower. One toilet was leaking and the other didn't flush well. The mechanism on the shower was broken and it is an expensive item because it is a Grohe shower part. Scott repaired the leaking toilet in about 15 minutes. He diagnosed the flushing problem and fixed that toilet as well in about 15 minutes. We had spoken to several other people about the toilet and no one had a solution other than replacing the toilet and even then, they said it might not flush correctly because the problem could be outside our building. Scott provided us with the Grohe part number and phone number to contact them directly in the event the part was under warranty which it was. So, for $145, Scott fixed both toilets and has enabled us to repair the shower at no cost. This experience with Fogarty Plumbing has been typical of previous incidents. All employees are helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt.

I chose Fogerty & Fogerty Plumbing because they had excellent ratings on Angie's List -- and based on the cool new map here, I could see that many of those ratings were from customers who lived near me (in the Carolina Forest area). I used the information here to look at their web site and to call Fogerty & Fogerty Plumbing. I called at "closing time" on Thursday and left a message. I didn't expect to get a call back until the following day, but Tammy Fogerty called me back shortly -- even though it was after they closed and I didn't have an emergency. She scheduled the service at 8:30 AM on Friday -- perfect for me. Scott arrived on time and ready to work. He was knowledgable, personable and professional. I ask a lot of questions, which I know can be annoying. Scott patently told me exactly what he was doing and why. He efficiently resolved each of my problems (cleared a serious kitchen sink clog and reset a toilet), and even took a look at another toilet I had a question about and determined that it did not need to be reset. He left no mess for me to clean up. I'm happy!!
