I was very pleased with the service I received from Express 100. They were on time and very thorough with the inspection done on my home. I would highly recommend them to everyone needing a good reliable pest control company.

I called Express 100 to schedule an appointment to get rid of ants in my kitchen. The office staff was very friendly and the appointment was scheduled. Tim came out and after seeing the type of ant we had, made recommendations for the appropriate treatment. He explained that ants can be very hard to treat and that we would need to be a little patient, and that it could be a week before we saw any real improvement. Rather than just spraying, he took off all receptacle covers to treat behind the wall, treated inside our cabinets, and left baits out. A few days later, he followed up to see if there was an improvement. The improvement was immediate and the number of ants had greatly decreased. Tim suggested we call him after a few more days to let him know if we were still seeing ants. Thankfully, after a few more days, the ants were gone! I cannot express how happy I was with the service I received. Another company had treated for ants and they were unable to get rid of the problem. It has been several months and the ants have not returned. As a consumer, I fully expected the problem to be taken care of. What impressed me most , was Tim's follow-up and dedication to insure that the problem was 100% gone. The ants were my problem, Tim handled it like it was his problem. Excellent service and insuring customer satisfaction is alive and well at Express 100. Thank you Tim!!!

They spray inside and outside. They are very good. I would use them in the future.
