Dust Bunnies Cleaning Service

I just want to post a review on a cleaning service I found in this group, Dust Bunnies. At first everything seemed ok, but the first day they were supposed to come they were almost 2 hours late with no notice that they would be late until I reached out. It was a problem because my physical therapist was scheduled to come to my place at 2pm. However, the ladies did an excellent job. I tipped them and that was that. We had agreed to service every two weeks, so I reached out today to make sure everything was on the up and up and the response was that they forgot to put me on the schedule! Nothing else, no trying to make it right, no apology. Horrible customer service doesn't even begin to describe this.

The two cleaners are very reliable and on time, They are pleasant and always ask if everything is to my satisfaction. They ask if there are any special products that you would prefer they do / do not use. I have been very happy with their services and have them come twice a month to do general housecleaning. They were able to accommodate my schedule when I had to travel or was having guests. I highly recommend these ladies if you are looking for thorough home cleaning services.
