 + -1 moreHave been using Dodson pest control for years .We have had the same worker Rob Walker for years .He always shows up when he says he will be there .Where the previous company would say they are coming and just not show up no phone call for weeks later .Rob makes sure to address any problem I have .Even my dog is happy to see him 😀

 + -1 moreFirst visit was very informative. Representative explained different type of programs they offer and described different types of pests that are common to the area. No sales pitch, no pressure to sign on for monthly treatments unless I wanted them. Paperwork was completed, property was serviced inside and out as I did sign up for every other month service.
Description of Work: Transferred termite bond and set up every other month pest service contract. Cost of service listed is for pest control only and does not include transfer of bond or SC required pest infestation inspection when I purchased the house.

 + -1 moreCouldn't be happier, unless there were no termites left in this world! :)
Description of Work: Doing some wood repair, my contractor noticed some termite activity. Called Dodson since I had a contract with them. They were here within a couple of hours and treated the wood and will return tomorrow morning first thing to treat the soil, so my contractor can begin cutting out and replacing rotted, wet wood. Will all be covered under contract. Couldn't be happier with their prompt service in order to move home repairs along. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for standing behind their work and their service to their customers.

 + -1 moreThey come out when they say they are coming out. They seem to charge a fair price. For the termite pre-treatment they used a chemical that we wanted as opposed to the company we had been with. The people we dealt with are personable, friendly and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: Dodson Bros Exterminating Co come out every other month to spray and we also had preventive treatment for termites.

 + -1 moreThey came and we went over their procedures and decided to use them. They were very professional and they took care of it with no fuss. They just did it and explained everything to me. I have a yearly service contract where they come back and check everything. They were here the day they said they would be.
