Description of Work: Sorry, it's been 18 months since I sold my rental property sold and my memory is a touch fuzzy. I do remember four things that could have been better. First, my realtor misinformed me that I would not have to pay capital gains tax. I got a huge, unexpected tax hit come April 2015. Second, I had to be more firm than I liked in telling my realtor not to list the house with a high price. I needed it to sell. I had already done some research to determine what the market would bear and Trish wanted to go significantly higher. Third, my realtor's email correspondence was often so brief and/or poorly written, it was cryptic and left me with questions. Fourth, I had to ask a few times to get proof of work done by a handyman to get the house ready to sell. Instead of an itemized receipt I could use for my tax return, all I got was a cancelled check. | But, the house did sell

Description of Work: Mary Childress was one of the excellent people they have at Dockside another person to ask for is Larry Eason. They both know there jobs inside and out!!! Mary sold our home witch took less than 5 weeks. Larry sold us the home and using the VA for a loan he walked us through every step and he was a pleasure to work with. Anyone who needs a realtor Mary and Larry are the 2 to contact if you want things done correctly and timely!! We are now looking to buy a house to be built for us and they would be the only people we would work with in all of Myrtle Beach/Horry County
