+ -1 morePersonally? I don't trust this company . You can be told all kinds of stories, (like when women take their car for repair). Unless you know something about computers, get things in writing where-ever you go. I will not go back to this company. My computer is an upgrade model, about 1 1/2 years old. I am still having problems with it and am contacting the mfg. co. for advice. This is a field full of dishonest people. Be careful, pay attention to what you're being told, keep your estimates and repair order. Look out for people that tell you everyone else is a crook..........

+ -1 moreI brought the unit into his shop and paid the minimum $50 fee for diagnosis. The next day I picked up the unit and brought it home only to find that it still didn't turn on. I immediately returned the unit with the same original problem. This time I was told I needed a new power supply which they installed with no additional labor charge. The owner could not answer my technical questions and made several attempts to sell me power surge products. All the work was done by a tech in the back room and I was not allowed in. Although they did the right thing the second time, I felt that the failure to diagnose the original problem and the repeated attempts to sell me products did not inspire confidence.
Description of Work: The computer would not turn on. I was told they ran diagnostics and virus scans on the machine.

Description of Work: My computer was loaded with spyware and a virus. Lacey and his company cleaned the computer of all spyware and adware and removed the virus. They also recovered some data that was lost. He is not the cheapest guy in town but he will stand behind his work and do a quality repair. Been in business for a very long time in Surfside.
