+ -1 moreShe was very efficient and she knew what she was talking about. She was very personable. She was not pushy or anything like that. She got right down to business. She said she would send us an estimate the next day but it came that day. She also gave us a time schedule as to when the work would be done because most of them haven’t a clue about that.
