Called me back a few minutes later and said he would be on my end of town and given traffic could be at my house in 40 min. And so he was. Description of Work: Mr. Cribb answered our call himself. He made an appointment for the next day and arrived in the promised time frame. He diagnosed our dryer problem and ordered the parts needed for repair. He also repaired the ice dispenser on our refrigerator door while he was in our home.

I recommended him to a friend for her dryer and he went directly to her house several blocks away and completed her repair also. I was very pleased with his service and would call him again.
Description of Work: My stackable washer/dryer was not completing the wash cycle. Louis Cribb came at the specific time I asked him to and repaired it.

Description of Work: Refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. Service tech said defrost element wasn't working. Later inspection by him revealed that the electrical wire for the element had only been crimped on and had come loose. He soldered the connection.

+ -1 moreFollow up 10-18-10 Had to call again as same problem developed. Mr Cribbs came out this morning right after I called and found that a wiring harness was arcing that was causing the switch to go bad. Replaced switch again and fixed wiring harness. Was not charged at all because service and part were still within a 30 day warranty period. Very satisfied.
Description of Work: Replaced lid switch on Whirlpool washing machine. Came out same day called. Was curtious to my wife and showed identification when asked with no complaint. Was very professional and fixed problem as asked. Also fixed dryer hose that had been giving me trouble at no extra charge. Overall very satisfied.

Description of Work: My self cleaner on my Whirlpool stove would not work. Louis told me on the phone it would be $60.00 to come out for a service charge. After taking the back of the stove apart he found the problem, a loose connection. He still only charged $60 and did not try to sell me or trick me.
