Cooper Mechanical

Cooper Mechanical have always been good. We have had them for about two years now. If you need them for anything else, they are very prompt and they always come out. We have a contract and we are very satisfied. They have been very cooperative and good.

They are really good. We have a contract. We use them twice a year for the winter and in the summer for check up. We were satisfied with the cost, and satisfied with the contract and the people. We have a contract and so, it is hard to say what they would charge if we didn't have a contract. The work was good. The workers were very professional and courteous.

Professional, walked through entire process. Answered all my dumb questions. Really a quality organization. They were there promptly as it was hit and got old unit operational until they could replace. They did not leave me in the heat at all. Thank you Cooper.

They are okay. They are a good company. They solved a problem I had with it for putting in new wires for my thermostat to regulate the system outside. They had to put in a wireless system and it finally did correct the problem that I was having with the system when it was brand new. It was a little bit aggravating to start but they did solve the problem. The service was included in the price of installing the air conditioner. They came out when they said they would and they serviced the system when they said they would.

Cooper Mechanical did a great job. The electrician was very professional, explained all details to us, and finished the inspection and installation quickly. I was also impressed with the cleanup - there wasn't a trace of dust. We will definitely be calling Cooper Mechanical back the next time we need electrical work.
