+ -1 moreHe is just a dream to work with. He does air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing, so he is one stop shopping. I have had him do a complete power surge for me as well as plumbing. The man is a workaholic and he calls you when he says he will. Sometimes he has come at 7:30pm, he is very very good at what he does. He will tell you up front what the problem is and how much he thinks it will be to fix it. He cleans up after himself, he does what he says he will do, and he is just terrific.
Description of Work: .He replaced a toilet flapper for me. I had a leak in the flapper and he fixed the seal.
