+ -1 moreTwo service calls - initially to diagnosis the problem which was a frozen A coil that was leaking and a clogged drain. System was recharged with 6# of coolant which cost $300 and the rest of the charge was for labor. The coil was under warranty but the service man did not have a replacement so we waited over the weekend for return with installation. They did provide an emergency cell # for use if we had difficulty over the weekend. Their labor charge is $65/hour and the warranty did not cover service. They were very responsive to our emergency needs
