A friend suggested I consider solar tubes to light up my new (but older) house in some rooms. She referred CEC because of the solar attic fans installed in the condo buildings where she resides (she's president of the HOA). So I called CEC, and it was suggested I attend an upcoming trade show so I could see the products. Impressed with Mary M.'s knowledge about the various products offered and with the really cool solar tubes, I scheduled a home evaluation for solar tubes and a solar attic fan. And it was all Uphill from there. The team is great--knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. From beginning to end, the experience was seamless. I highly recommend CEC. And I LOVE the solar tubes (installed beautifully by Peter). They are dazzling!

Ceiling had numerous holes drilled with sporadic or no pattern, ceiling repair and patching was not part of contract we agreed upon. Took several days to prep and complete two jobs - blowing insulation into vaulted ceiling and spray foam on attic duct work. Workers left attic walkway messy, they came out right after I called and didn't bill me until they until cleaned up.

This was a detached garage and I only wanted some blown in insulation, but the sales person did not mention baffles to keep insulation away from soffit vents. Installers were prepared, courteous, professional and had enough material to do the job right, but the installation was more than I had expected since the baffles were left out of the quote. Installation was done well and has performed great on these hot days.

Richard and Matt were very polite and courteous. They answered my questions completely. I would use Carolina Energy Conservation again in the future.

I hired Jeffrey to insulate and we were not happy with the job, there were suppose to be 5 thick in the some areas it is 2 plus there are gaps in a few places too with no insulation, the job was inspected and the insulation did not pass, the building code requires R-30 and SP Jeffery is not coming back to take care of the problems

It may have been a little more money than other companies, but I feel it was worth it because of their sealing they put in before the insulation.
