I thought I submitted a review before. I cannot praise them enough! They were wonderful. It renewed my faith in the service industry. Try them!

The plumber came even earlier than expected. He put booties over his shoes before entering my home. He was very professional and removed the old filter without a mess and hooked up the connections where necessary. He then explained all the other services his company offers.

They were great because of their professionalism, promptness, and their cost. I used them 2 months ago. For that visit, it was by $160.

It went very well. The crew was very competent and professional. They arrived on time and met the estimation given in an earlier visit. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

He was able to get both jobs done in a hour and half including to leave and get a part that was needed for the project. James was very professional and courteous.

Tech victor found leak in upstairs bath in 5 mins after I explained the reason for call. Pulled commode and explained to me what he found. I had an offset flange, whoever put in the commode did not center the commode to the flange which is critical in this situation. Vic reset flange bolts and reset commode with new wax seal. No more leak. I learned a lot from Victor today, but I hope I never have to use it.

Explained my problem with tech MIKE. He went to the rear of my home. pulled the fuse. Told me the starter capacitor was bad ,Went to his truck and came back and replaced it with another capacitor. My system was up and running. Mike told me that the part he put in was temporary and he would have to go to their supplier for the correct part. I asked if he would be back tomorrow. Mike laughed and said he would be back as soon As he could.A half later Mike was back with the right part and was finished. I am amazed that Carolina cool would go the extra mile to get my system up and running and come back and do it all again with the right part. The last company that I used would not have done this.

They came out the day after I called them. They spent a good 2 hours or more taking out the pump, cleaning it and replacing it along with correcting the way the plumbing had been installed. After doing all this work, they tested the pump and the float was still sticking which is what was causing the pump to not drain properly and to then overflow. Bottom line - I needed a new pump. As soon as the new pump came in, they came to my house and installed it. On the second visit, I only needed to pay for the new pump and they were able to save the pump housing, so I did not have to pay for that, nor did I have to pay for labor on the second visit. As I mentioned above, they have also replace the air switch to my garbage disposal and also fixed a plumbing leak under the kitchen sink. Both work perfectly now. These guys are great! Professional, responsive, know what they are doing and their charges are reasonable. I never mind paying for work that I know will be done correctly.

The process was explained in detail before work started. The technicians were prompt, very pleasant and explained each step they were taking throughout the two day process. You would never know they were here as they removed every piece of old system and cleaned up after themselves each day.

I was very impressed with them. In fact that they come when they said they were going to come, if they need to tell me something they would get my attention.

We have always received prompt and professional service at a fair price. We have had circuit breakers replaced, HVAC serviced, outlets installed, a water heater replaced, etc. Every time has been great. The latest was a same day call to get our annual heating service. They were able to accommodate that last minute request.

We called Carolina Cool because our house was not heating evenly. We had very warm spots, for example in closets and our bedroom was always at least 3 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. We seemed unable to be comfortable wherever we were. Carolina Cool's initial visit was to assess the heating in our house and provide recommendations for improvement. The estimator had an infrared machine which showed where we had hot and cool spots. He recommended that we add dampers to the ducts, replace the vents and balance the system. Additionally, he went into the attic to inspect the ducts. He found a duct crimped over a rafter and suggested building a "sling" to allow for free air flow. The installers arrived on-time after having a staff meeting at their office. They were very pleasant, clean, efficient and explained what they were doing as they went along. When the dampers and vents were installed, a third technician arrived to balance the system using a very large cone to direct the heat as appropriate. The technicians cleaned up completely then they finished. We are very pleased with the result. Our home is evenly warm and we are able to lower the thermostat a couple of degrees and be comfortable wherever we are.

Timely appointment, friendly, thorough, good communication. Maybe a little too chatty but that's better than the opposite!

The technician arrived on time and a complete inspection of our unit. He took his time and made sure everything was properly investigated. He cleaned what needed cleaned and made sure everything functioned as it should. He discovered a couple of problems - we had an overflow of water from the pan underneath the unit that had run out onto our newly installed laminate floors and caused damage last summer. He found that the float switched was positioned too high and that was why the "flood" occurred. He moved it to it's proper location, so if water collects in the pan again, the switch will do it's job. He also discovered underneath the building that some caps were missing or not properly tightened, so he took care of this as well. Very professional, very friendly and the fee was reasonable.

The experience was positive. They were pretty timely when the A/C was out. They came out on an emergency basis and did what I asked them to do. They do decent work, their prices were average and they do respond on off hours. They came out again and redo something.
