It was reasonable. The quote was $4,000. They were good. They came out promptly and gave me a fair estimate. I just went with another company because they were a little less expensive and they were recommended to me. They were a decent company. Their price was fair.

When I called the company at 2:00,the secretary stated the repairman would be here between 3pm and 8pm. We received a call from Dave at 4pm stating he was on his way. Constantly put on shoe protectors coming in and out the door. I am very satisfied as upstairs is cooling down nicely.

Night response as we were returning from vacation and found A/C had failed in our absence. Once serviceman ascertained need and that the part was not available (Wed. night) he went to firms warehouse and returned with two portable units and installed such in our bedrooms so we would at least have that comfort level for the night. After weeks away we surely did not wish to spent another day or 2 in a motel. Portables kept conditions acceptable thru Thursday and until Friday afternoons major repairs in a fiercely hot attic in above 90 degree temp's.

I thought it went really well because of the fact it would take 4-5 days to get the part in, however it arrived over the weekend and we weren't without AC for too long.

Tech was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining the issues with our existing system, his final recommendation was to replace the system. After receiving a second similar recommendation we decided to purchase a new system. I called the office and requested someone contact me to quote on a new system. No response. I followed up with another call but again no response. We wound up purchasing a system from another vendor.

Dave was fantastic! As a real estate agent, I have been around a lot of HVAC techs and he was very professional and very thorough. He didn't push any extra services and was straight up with me about what needed to be done to resolve my issue. Linda ( who took my initial call) was great and had someone scheduled the same day to come out since we had no air and we were on a limited time schedule. The next day I had one more question and called/emailed Linda with my question and she had the installation manager call me back shortly there after to inform me how to fix my small issue that wasn't occurring when Dave was there. Great company and good customer service.

The price was competitive, but they were too quick to replace with a new unit instead of trying to fix the one that I had. The responsiveness and punctuality was good. They came when they said they would, and they would come on time. Their professional behavior was good.

Carolina Cool were very reasonable. They were extremely nice and they did very good work. They were prompt. I took the contract that came back to trace, two times, for follow-ups and they were very good. I would use them and I don't have any qualms recommending them to anybody. They came when they were supposed to when they said they were, they called prior to, put on booties when they came in to the house, they were very neat and very clean. They were excellent, I could say that all the way. They had their own equipment and they were very careful. I'm still using them.

Communication with them was excellent and they were very accommodating with scheduling. They are coming today to perform a dryer vent cleaning and our semiannual plumbing maintenance. They are now our regular plumber.

They did a really good job. They were very helpful and helped with the finance. We have not had any need to call them back out so the proof is in the pudding.

They were very clean and wore plastic booties to make sure our floors stayed clean. They were very helpful and were on-time for appointments and their prices were average.

Very pleasant experience, but we went with a less expensive bid.

In the course of my business with Carolina Cool I spoke with three different individuals. Sadie answered the phone when I called and was very courteous and helpful. She answered my questions with no hesitation and we set up the original diagnostic visit. Carol called on the day of the scheduled appointment to ask if it was ok for the technician to come a little early. Needless to say I was very pleased. Mike arrived and was very courteous and professional throughout my interactions with him. He did the initial diagnostics and determined what the problem was and what steps were necessary to repair my unit. I had a coupon from Angie's List for $52.00 which was a $13.00 discount from the standard $65.00 service call fee. Mike double checked and determined that the part was still under warranty so that saved me the cost of a part, thank you Mike. The part had to be ordered so I waited for a week for the part to come and they called me when the part came in and Mike came out a couple of days later to do the repair. Four hours later the job was done. When Mike left the only way you could tell he'd been here was the fact that my unit was functioning like it should. Mike had nothing but good to say about his employer and even gave me a couple of examples of the kinds of things the employer does to take care of his employees. Wish I could of found a boss like that when I was still working. :) The only negative, if you want to call it that, was the labor charges. At almost $125.00 an hour it seemed a little steep, but the quality of work, and the professionalism helped ease the pain in the pocketbook. The $534.00 cost by the way, was for the total amount, both the initial service call and the labor charges on the day the job was done.

All we received at this time was an estimate for repairs.

We had a broken pipe in our attic that flooded our laundry room. Carolina Cool came out within 45 minutes of our calling them. Service was great, technician knew what he was doing, and we were all fixed up within an hour.

If not called before then they will return in 6 months for another inspection when they will repeat what they did this time plus flush out the water heater. This company may be a little more expensive than others but they are reliable, punctual, neat, and do great work which they will back up. They will also tell you how to save money by purchasing the parts yourself. The peace of mind I have when dealing with them is well worth their price.

There was a miscommunication about the second switch, but the electrician fixed everything and the work was wonderful.

If we have any more issues we will definitely call them again. Very professional and courteous. The price was very reasonable also.

These folks are great, always on time and very professional.
