Description of Work: The technician, Jim Holden, came out on a Sunday afternoon when my A/C stopped working. He called 30 minutes before his arrival and had the part that I needed already with him. He was able to get it up and running again within an hour. He tested to make sure the air flow and Freon level was functioning as it should.

Response from Carolina Cool LLC
We apologize to Mr. [Member Name Removed] for any misunderstanding. We were scheduled to perform plumbing work for him to install some fixtures that he had purchased. He had requested a form for his Homeowners Association for proof of insurance, and my Plumbing Supervisor sent over a Certificate of Insurance. I guess, however, the HOA had their own form that needed to be signed, and Mr. [Member Name Removed] sent another email stating that form was attached. It wasn't. At that point, my Supervisor failed to follow up quick enough, and Mr. [Member Name Removed] cancelled the work. We have never performed any work for Mr. [Member Name Removed], and this post seems extremely unfair. We have done other work for owners in this HOA, and have never had an issue. Thank you for your consideration.

Description of Work: Our air conditioner wasn't working. Called Carolina cooling and the tech was there within two hours. He performed a 29 point check and determined it was the cutoff switch on the air conditioning unit. He reset the switch and the air conditioner sprung to life. |Definitely would use them again |

Description of Work: Installed new Trane HVAC system. Did a good job but did miss a minor detail on the pan drainage line. This is the line that drains excess condensation out of the air handler pan in the attic. Overall they did a good job and system is working well 10 months later. I would like to give them an A- but this grade is not an option in the survey.

Description of Work: They saved me 4000$ another company told me stuff that was not true. I looked up this company on your list it had great reviews. He came did a few small repairs and I asked to sign up for him to come back in spring. He did not try to sell me anything. |I made a mistake using other company it is the one that people lived in house before me had sticker on air conditioner. I usually never hire anyone not on Angie's list.
