Service person arrived earlier than I expected. He did a through assessment of the problem. He had problem diagnosed and solved in about an hour. Service person was competent, polite and professional. I highly recommend this company.

.I have had other companies but I like Carolina cool better. They did a summer check for me 6 months ago of the air conditioner and everything was fine at the time, and about 10 days later, there was a problem and they came out and fixed what it was and didn't charge me an extra fee. They work with you.

While we purchased a Carrier System, which they sell, their quote was a bit higher and there were add ons that others included as part of their scope of work for the purchase and installation price. Their reps were always responsive and punctual, although we did find a discrepancy in their equipment list which when we pointed it out they replied that it was a mistake. The result of this mistake, however, was that we were being offered equipment with fewer features than had been verbally presented to us. The choice was difficult. It really came down to scope of work for the price and equipment offered in their proposal.

Company was very responsive. They were able to come to our home within a couple of hours. They were able to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate. Within a few minutes, they corrected the problem. The final cost was less than estimated.lls

We got prices and recomendations from several HVAC companies. We chose Carolina Cool based on the Angie's List recomendation and the recomendation of Jill Allen real estate. They came out quickly and gave us a resonable extimate. After a couple of othere estimates we negotiated a better price based on the replacement of two units in two separate condo buildings the same day. The service technicians were very professional and completed the installations quicly. They explained the operation of the new system and indicated that they would register the units with Carrier and send us all the documentation. Carolina Cool also provided a free initial year service contract with two inspections on each system.

Still in the process of installing a new A/C. Signed a contract with them back in 2003 to come out twice a year to do a service for me.

Initial contact from out of state on newly-purchased condo. Carolina Cool responded promptly to telephone inquiry with helpful info about range of services, contracts, pricing, etc. Work was scheduled in advance. CC called day prior to confirm appointment. Tech called in advance to confirm timing and arrived on schedule. Tech was careful and thorough. He explained operation and owner maintenance of HVAC system. He made several recommendations with approximate costs and prioritized them for urgency, and promptly performed the requested additional tasks. Totally satisfied!

Calls were returned promptly, estimates were lower than competition, work done on time and with professional staff. Will use them in the future.

Allen, came on 6/1/12 and had the job completed in a very short time. We now have instant water which is great. We do not have to ruin the hot water for five minutes any longer to get it hot. Excellent job done. I will call again as the need arises.

They seemed very knowledgeable. The service techs who came out shared information and pointed out things that might be problems in the future but I didn’t get the sense that they were trying to talk me into a repair. They weren’t recommending that I do anything. It was just something to keep an eye on for some future visits. I felt like I got an honest impression on the situation of my furnace and air conditioning system. The duct cleaning was $680 and I think I spent around $125 for the semiannual maintenance that covers two visits. The duct cleaning was something that I asked for. It wasn’t something that they recommended or pushed. I think they also do electric and plumbing work. I don’t have experience with such but if I had electric or plumbing work that needed to be done I would consider them for that work as well. I would grade them an A for price. I haven’t done price comparisons with other companies but from the searches I was doing online and through Angie’s List and things like that, it certainly seemed like I was getting a pretty competitive estimate for the services that they did for me. I was quite happy with the techs and the job that they did. They were on time for both of the appointments that I had with them.

They are absolutely faultless as far as we have found in our work with them. When I had problems with the house being cooler in some parts of the house they knew exactly what to do with that and they fixed it immediately. My husband has been in big construction and he was surprised that somebody here would even know about it. The price is reasonable. When they say that they would get the job done, they do it right. They don't try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I don't need.

I was very pleased with the service. I obtained estimates from three different contractors. Carolina Cool's salesman explained the various options clearly without too much jargon. He wasn't pushy or hard-sell at all. I contacted him a couple of times with additional questions and he responded promptly. One of the three contractors was pushing two brands that I'd never heard of. He said they were comparable to the better known brand names but less expensive, blah, blah. I checked them out online and one had more negative than positive reviews, and the other had no positive reviews. The other salesman was a bit too slick - he probably sells used cars or driveway sealings on the weekends. The CC installers were professional and completed the job in the time they said it would take and cleaned up after themselves. Based on my experience, I would recommend Carolina Cool.

They are always polite when you call. They are always very bubbly and easy to work with. They know who to transfer you to and they always get back to you. They are just very easy to deal with.

They were great. I bought a hot water heater from them. They installed it for me. They covered the floor where they were working. They wore shoe protectors. They removed the old water heater. The returned twenty-four hours later to make sure everything was working. I have referred them to four other people already.

They are the biggest company in this area. They are awesome and it’s a great, big company to deal with. Every one of them that comes to the house, is professional, friendly, dresses nice, and is courteous. They are professional and a good, good company.
