 + -1 moreIt went very well he was professional and courteous and allowed me to join him unlike my first experience with a inspector. It was a fairly new and updated home so not much to be expected but he did a great job. He also gave me tips on maintenance and small problems that may arise and how to remediate them.

 + -1 moreExcellent. Shane is thorough, reliable, detail-oriented, and well organized. Provides a detailed report of his findings and is available to explain or assist with any follow-up questions. Highly recommended and great/easy to deal with. I use him and recommend him for all my inspection needs in the Myrtle Beach area.
Description of Work: Inspections on several Condos I purchased for Investment Purposes in Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach. One unit included mold testing as well. Have also used to inspect some construction work performed on one of my units by a general contractor (window/door replacements).

 + -1 moreThe inspector inspected everything in this house, even electrical outlets to make sure they worked. He gave me a full report with pictures of things that needed to be repaired. He was excellent in his inspection. He took several hours to complete his inspection.
Description of Work: The home inspector inspected a house I planned on buying. I have lived in several states and had home inspectors before. This one was the best I have ever had.
