Excellent. Adam was on time, he was very professional from the minute we spoke on the phone, to communication by email and also the payment process. The inspection took longer than estimated because Adam is very thorough. His 66 page report is amazing. He outlined every problem found even if it was very minor and cosmetic. We received the report in a very timely manner and he even followed up with a phone call to discuss any issues we may have in his findings. My husband is a building inspector and he was so impressed with Adam's work. Adam, the owner is an engineer by trade and to have someone with his expertise representing you is very fortunate for the buyer.

My whole experience with Bleu Nova was professional and I think they went above and beyond. I was house shopping and ended up having to reschedule twice due to deals falling through. When I was finally ready for the inspection Mike came the next day and produced a very complete inspection report. It was a big help in deciding what to do with the deal.

Mike Merrill responded quickly to our immediate need for a home inspection for a rental property we were buying. His Inspection Report was amazing and delivered to us within 2 days of his inspection. The inspection report is very thorough and includes plenty of pictures as well as informative observations and recommendations. In addition to the long 70+ page valuable inspection report, Mike provided a briefer Summary Report of the same Action Items and recommendations so that you can quickly know whether to go forward with the contract for your new property in addition to estimated costs of the recommended action items. All phone and email communication with Mike was cordial and professional and he makes himself available for followup questions well after he's finished and has delivered the Inspection Report. Highly recommend. If we ever need another Home Inspection report, we would go back to Mike Merrill and this company right away. Fast turnaround time for a professional thorough valuable report.
