I encountered Billy Mozingo by chance and engaged him temporarily as a broker to help me develop an understanding of the local market. Within a fairly short time I concluded that he could answer all my questions or get answers quickly. He found my a temporary place to stay, and helped devise a strategy for finding a permanent property to meet my criteria. At that point we implemented the strategy and his skills as a negotiator became evident. I ultimately got a ratified contract on my desired property, and although there were several complexities to the purchase, Billy was consistent and thorough in moving the process on to closing.
Description of Work: Billy Mozingo is a highly competent real estate professional who I recommend without reservation. He has a thorough knowledge of Myrtle Beach real estate and guided me smoothly through a purchase process that had several bumps. I particularly valued his responsiveness, work ethic, and communication with me. Whenever I had questions, he responded promptly and was proactive in dealing with issues. He even found a temporary residence for me while I was looking for a permanent home in the area. In addition to his professional competence, Billy is pleasant and personable -- a genuine pleasure to do business with. I have engaged many real estate professionals over the course of my life, and Billy is exemplary in all aspects. Although I worked with him to purchase a property, I have no doubt that his effectiveness applies equally to selling property, too.
