I arrived in Myrtle Beach for the purpose of buying a condominium, but had relatively little knowledge of the local condo market. I encountered Billy Mozingo by chance and engaged him temporarily as a broker to help me develop an understanding of the local market. Within a fairly short time I concluded that he could answer all my questions or get answers quickly. He found my a temporary place to stay, and helped devise a strategy for finding a permanent property to meet my criteria. At that point we implemented the strategy and his skills as a negotiator became evident. I ultimately got a ratified contract on my desired property, and although there were several complexities to the purchase, Billy was consistent and thorough in moving the process on to closing.
