+ -1 moreThey came when they said they would, they were on time, did a great job. Called after the work to make sure we were still happy. Good company. After the installation and payment, they touched base with me. Not many people do that.
Description of Work: I had them do some work on my HVAC unit. Then I had them replace it.

+ -1 moreThe technician arrived in good time, analyzed a problem and replaced a capacitor. The compressor came on, the technician left with a $200 payment, and then the compressor again stopped. Called back the following day, the same technician said the entire unit had to replaced and came back with a quote in excess of $6000.00. I asked around, had another firm come out, they installed a new, more powerful starter unit for $100.00 and the compressor has been working fine ever since. This technician from the second firm also said that the current compressor is old and weak and may need to be replaced sometime within the next five years, so, until then...
Description of Work: The compressor on the heat pump/air conditioner unit was not coming on.

+ 0 moreTechnician reviewed the situation, tightened the valve, which to stopped any dripping when valve turned off or on, and showed me that the humidifier was, in fact, receiving water and was working property. No need for $300+ replacement parts. Saved hundreds of dollars on what would have been unnecessary replacement parts. I certainly appreciated the integrity, honesty, and professionalism of Russ and his technician. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Checked the valve and feed to my humidifier, which another provider had told me needed to replaced for hundreds of dollars.
