+ -1 moreLouie from Barnaba Construction hired my company to perform work in a home he built. We did the work and he was supposed to be onsite to pay when finished but he left during the time the technician did the work (air duct cleaning in a home in Aberdeen Country Club along with a guest house on the property as well). Louie was sent a bill and subsequent statements along with unanswered phone calls so now we have no choice but to place a mechanic's lien on the property and the property owner suffers because he is an innocent party to this issue but it is our only leverage. Highly recommend you do NOT do work for this man and/or company

Description of Work: We had an ancient sliding glass door replaced with a new Hurricane rated one. |The job was slowed somewhat by bad weather but it was done a month later than the contract completion date. The only way we received updates on the job was to either email, which part of the time went unanswered, or by phone. |They were apologetic every time we contacted them but it would have been much better customer service if they had contacted us when experiencing such delays. | |Also they only take checks,cash, wire transfers or money orders.

+ -1 moreA few years ago, Louie Barnaba did a wonderful job remodeling our old family beach house in North Myrtle Beach. Louie was very knowledgeable, gave great advice, paid attention to detail and worked well with us during construction; he simply helped transform a fading beach house to a new and improved, revised “gem” on the oceanfront. We love it! Recently, there was a plumbing issue in the house and we called Louie. He was on it within 24 hours! We were so appreciative of his responsiveness and customer service! We highly recommend Louie Barnaba, and will continue to call him again for our ongoing construction projects at the beach! Thanks again Louie!
