+ -1 moreRepaired leaky roof that another contractor had installed. Extensive repairs had to be done. Metal roofing had to be removed and materials that were needed were added, After the rain that the area received this week, I was worried that the roof would leak yet again. However, the work done by Mr delaCruz and his employees proved to be leak-free! He even went so far as to calling me on a Sunday to make sure there were no leaks. To me that was taking that extra step to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you so much Armando!

+ 0 moreArmando and helpers did the job professionally and neatly. He also finished off the inside trim work very nicely.
Description of Work: Armando had previously replaced the roof on a townhouse that my wife owns, and did a good job there. I checked to see if he did skylights as well, and he was knowledgeable here, too. He replaced my skylight that had begun to leak; picked up all materials, did the replacement, cleaned up afterwards.
