Dale and Mike just installed an Epson 5040Ub 4k projector for me today. They arrived on time and both were extremely professional and courteous. Price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Mike Campbell and Dale Jones were professionals, and set up two new audio components in my house: -- a Yamaha receiver to power my Home Theater system, and -- an Episode amplifier to power a whole house speaker system. Both gentlemen were professional, competent, friendly and easy to work with. They spent a significant amount of time correcting an audio system that never worked correctly since the house was built several years ago. They installed easy to use audio equipment that can be controlled primarily through an app on my iPhone. This company is professional and very reliable. They will not give-up to provide the best customer service even for factors beyond their control. They are courteous and very nice. I just moved into my home and had to install internet; TV services and a new TV. That presented several moving issues and Dale and Mike helped me all the way through the process. I now have a beautiful entertainment center. They came on time and did a very nice job with the finishing work as well on the electrical work. I can highly recommend them.

I wa very clear with what I needed done. I had brought all our components with us when we moved, most we had already hooked up and the sound just needed tweaking. Plus we needed two speakers installed in corners that required wire run through attic. First, they came with out a ladder. They were more concerned about selling us some of their products they were not concerned with we wanted. We did buy 1 harmony controller and they programmed it. They were not prepared to install our speakers so we scheduled it for 2 weeks out. On that day, I saw their truck pull up at 8am, as scheduled. I ran to put my dogs outside and when I got back to the front door they were gone but their business card was on the ground of my front porch. I called them, no answer. I sent an email, no response. While they were in my home, they preached Customer Satisfaction! Would you hire these people? Never again.

Mike and Dale are consultants as well as technicians. What I looked like before and then after they did their work was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this company if you need consulting as well as a home theatre they add that extra value with their expertise.

The only thing that they could improve on is teaching homeowner how to use the equipment. Other than that I am very pleased with using their service and them personally. They return my calls and answered my questions. Wish more service people were of their quality.

Mike and Dale arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. They were competent, knowledgeable and customer friendly. They moved two TV's to other rooms and installed a larger TV and soundbar in my living room. The amount paid to them for their work, was definitely worth the money, as it would have taken me 3 days to do what they did in one hour. I would certainly use them again.
