About us

After being tired of being retired I joined my 2 sons in the lawn care business. My sons now do mostly commercial work and I am doing residential jobs. I work by myself but have used other help on larger projects. Being a one-man show my rates are very competitive and I am extremely dependable. I will come to your address and give free estimates. You will be happy with Atlantic Lawn Care.

Chris has done a great job cleaning up for spring and making the house look amazing! They are continuing they on-going maintenance. The yard looks better than it has in years!

Mark had agreed to mow the grass and trim as need about once every 3-4 weeks starting late April and bill me while out of town. By mid May I had not received any bills and tried to contact him by telephone. I got his answering machine and left a message to contact me at my cell phone number provided. I received no response and tried several more time to contact him by telephone with the same result. I also tried to contact him via his email as I had initially. Still no response. The last call I placed to him, I also got his answering machine and left a message for him to let me know if he was still interested in cutting the grass or at least a call to tell me he was not interested or too busy. Still no response. I have now replaced him as the service provider.
Description of Work: Atlantic Lawn Care was contacted for lawn mowing service . Mark was very prompt in looking over the property and providing a price for his service to start mid to late April as needed.

Hi (deleted member name), I received your review on Angie's list. I can totally understand your frustration with myself and Atlantic lawn care. I had all my equipment stolen, trailer and all. For the past month I have struggled with rented and borrowed equipment just to remain in business until I could get up enough funds to purchase new equipment. I am now pretty much back on track. I know I should have contacted you but it has been an extremely difficult time. I truly apologize for not contacting you to let you know what was going on. If things do not work out with your new service please contact me again and I will provide your first service to you free of charge. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Description of Work: We had Mark come out in early spring to give us an estimate for continuous lawn service during the season. He gave us an excellent quote for the job and started immediately. He took care of our lawn for the 2012 season. He was always there when he was supposed to be and when we went to every 7 day cut, he would come on Saturday or Sunday if the timeline required. He is a very personable man and we enjoyed him taking care of our yard this year. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reasonable and reliable individual for lawn service. He bills you monthly after the service month is passed. We just hope he doesn't get too busy where he doesn't need our business.
