America's Swimming Pool Company provides comprehensive swimming pool services including, Swimming Pool Service (i.e., Pool Maintenance and Pool Cleaning), Swimming Pool Equipment Installation and Repair, Full Service Swimming Pool Renovation and offer a DHEC Compliant Maintenance Program. We are certified, licensed professionals, for any of your swimming pool needs. ASP's Swimming Pool Maintenance and Cleaning Programs are designed to provide our customers with options that meet their specific needs without requiring a contract. America’s swimming pool company in Myrtle Beach Worst pool place ever! Don’t waist your time with this place or Jeff. He does not return your call he does not return your text and doesn’t give you any answers to any questions very unprofessional!

This review is based on not receiving a quote fast enough for her liking, not for any work that was performed. She was told on day of meeting (Friday) that I would be out of town and would be in touch first of the week. I apologized to her but only received yet another rude response.

I cannot express how horribly I have been treated by ASP. -We purchased a home in Myrtle Beach in November 2019 and inherited an 8000 gallon inground saltwater fiberglass pool and spa. ASP had been the pool service company for the prior owners so we figured we'd continue with the same company. -In May 2020, we contracted with ASP to install and upgrade ALL of the pool equipment that was very aged and in very poor condition (except for heater and filter) including new LED pool and spa lights to the tune of $8100. I know. Big price tag but we decided we'd pay more for top of the line Pentair everything and the convenience. WRONG. BIG MISTAKE. -We signed to start this installation on May 10, 2020. The nightmare didn't end until early August. Hand to God. ASP's technician, Jason, would show up if and when he felt like it. Week after week, month after month! I built a pool from nothing in less time! Jeff Cutright said for a whole week, he didn't even know where Jason was. Jason just didn't bother to show up for work. I never knew when anyone was coming to my house OR when the job would be done. For months! When Jason did show up, his work was sloppy and shoddy. (Pictures attached. This is the job site for MONTHS). He left garbage everywhere and I even had to pick up his cigarette butts! Filthy pig. -I had an electrician, and my electrician's supervisor, examine the brand new pool board that Jason "wired". Both highly qualified electricians agreed it was the worst wiring of a pool board they'd ever seen and I paid them $800 (on top of the $8100) to rewire the pool board. -Then, another highly qualified pool service came in to work with a leak in the spa (in July---see below. They should have been brought in when this job started in May--Jeff Cutright deliberately lied to keep them away) and determined the brand new Intellibrite spa light (we had paid ASP $925 for) was installed poorly and incorrectly. The new pool service company had no choice but to cut out the spa light and install ANOTHER one. Yes. To the tune of $1200 with parts and labor. (Yes, on top of $8100 + $800). Are you keeping up with the math? -So, the simple pool equipment installation that should have been completed in a week or less was dragged out, needlessly and miserably, through the end of July 2020. You read that right. May to early August---with nonstop problems, aggravation and misery on a daily basis. For pool equipment installation. -Note: Jeff Cutright told us that he would reimburse us fully for pool board rewiring. Then he balked when we presented him with the invoice for $800. Unbelievable. We also demanded he reimburse us for the $925 spa light we had to replace only weeks after Jason "installed" it because Jason did an inadequate job that required the full replacement. I even got the pool service company that did the job correctly to write a letter explaining how the spa light should have been installed and why it was wrong. Ultimately, ASP wrote us one check for $1000 to reimburse us for $800 (pool board rewire) + $925 (correct spa light installation). Yeah, my math doesn't work on this one either. -Let's not forget that this ENTIRE time, our pool/spa have been leaking, which adds to the misery and frustration of this entire mess. I was told week after week, month after month, by Jeff Cutright that the service he calls on to detect and fix leaks was SO BUSY they could not help with my problem. (LIE) I was put off for months by ASP and told that leak detection was not possible because the service was SO booked up. (LIE) "Every pool in Myrtle Beach leaks" is what I was told. I believed him. Why wouldn't I? I'm new to the area and he knew that. WELL, when I called the leak detection service myself, they were at my house within 24 hours!!! Jeff Cutright outright LIED and put me through absolute ****. Do yourself a favor. Hire someone else!

Geral was very attentive with the entire project, from start to finish.Either he or his brother were onsight throughout the project. Whenever any problems arose, they were quick and responsive. They always put the customer first, regardless if it was more costly for them or not. I would recommend them to anyone requiring pool maintenance of service.
Description of Work: Refinished in-ground pool and deck.

Very professional and were on time. Explained what was needed to exchange from one system to the other. Estimates were reasonable, we did price several companies.

I have been using ASP for the past year to service my pool and spa. Simply put, ASP has done a great job! The company returned my call quickly and came to my house the next day to give me an estimate (something that does not happen regularly in Myrtle Beach). The price they gave me was fair and the company has proven to be professional and reliable. The owners are "hands on" and do the work themselves. This company has met all of my expectations in every regard! ASP is an outstanding company to do business with!!! I would definitely recommend ASP!!!

It went fairly well, there was just a little misunderstanding over the price of the pool liner. Jeff gave us an estimate. They told us they would put chemicals in the pool and we thought it would make okay to swim, however they just put in the minimum to shock the pool. It took about 3 days to pump the water out and also pump out groundwater. I think it went well overall, the pool looks great. I am satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: They put in a new pool liner and also put a new motor on the pump. They also put a new light and new skimmer.
