ARS / Rescue Rooter Myrtle Beach

The tech began a sales speech before he even checked our tankless water heater.We had to sign papers for him to get started, then he told us the cost and warranty for a new tankless was over 5 grand. He had not even looked at the unit and when he did,he did not know what he was doing. I called another company and that tech said ARS had hooked it up backwards. I had to replace the unit and it only cost me about $2,800 and I feel ARS was part of the problem. Please stop calling me.

The plumber they sent had to dig up the front lawn to find where the water line entered the house. He then replaced the grass and you couldn’t tell where he dug. He was the reason I gave them a 5 star rating. He worked till dark to complete the job. Most companies would have used 2 guys to do this work. Ask for Jeremy he is an excellent plumber.

Two days late and charge 2,000 dollars just to tell me my septic tank need cleaning two days to come and had to come back two more days to tell me I had to call tank cleaning never use them again I would tell everyone not to get them for anything.

The Technician Rodney Reynolds came to my home and did a diagnostic on my furnace and he was very pleasant and explained everything to me that needed to be done. I use ARS for servicing my ace unit and plumbing work.

Just moved to Myrtle Beach. The former homeowner highly recommended ARS to maintain the two Carrier heat pumps ARS installed. So we joined the PROS Club @ ARS. Very happy to learn that ARS also does plumbing and electrical. Weâ ve already used Plumber Alan to fix a toilet problem. Electrician Shane installed a whole house surge protector, installed surge protectors on both ACs and both air handlers, and installed a plug at the electrical box for a power generator. Electrician Bill followed up to investigate why certain lights flicker when the clothes washer agitates. All three gentlemen were professional, friendly, and clearly described how they would help us. The PROS Club reduced our costs and helped us receive help sooner.
