Description of Work: Called for estimate to repair Bosch Washer,( I found them on the internet ) they said someone could come by in approx 2 hours, 4 hours later I called to cancel and the repair guy said they had a bad hose on his truck and they were 20 minutes out. 45 minutes later they showed up. Looked at washer and gave an estimate for repair. They did not have the part and would have to order. Would have it Fedex in by Tuesday. Called Tuesday afternoon, no part, called Wednesday afternoon on part. They did not seem to have any idea who I was or the repair details on every call, just told me to wait. They did not get part in until Friday and called to set up time Friday afternoon at 3 PM, said I would be taken care of since it was so late in the week, called at 4:30 to say they would be here at 6, called at 6:30 to ask if they could come Saturaday morning at 9:30 am, a time they picked not me. They did not show at 9:30. Called no one answered, at 10:30 they called and said they were on the way would be here in 30 minutes. At this point I said no. They are rude, never seemed to have any idea about the repair job or who you are. If I treated my customers like that I would have no customers at all. Don't waste your TIME or your money.
