Joe came out late on a Friday night just to make sure I had AC for me and my dogs. He was friendly and explained what he was doing. Would definitely use them again!

It was very challenging crawling up underneath the house and to the attic. They had a lot of challenges; they moved it outside to another place. They were just excellent. They answered my questions, and made suggestions that were very important. They held an open discussion with what my needs were. They did it in a timely manner. The price was not cheapest, but it was very cost effective. They were very competitive, and they did good work. It was not the cheapest estimate I had, but it was close. I think that they were very good price-wise. I don't necessarily think that cheap is the best, sometimes we get what we pay for. Their quality was excellent.

We had a problem with the heating of our beach trailer. I called Joe on a Friday evening and he came out promptly when he said he would on Sat. morning. Joe and partner Rick looked over the old unit and found the problem quickly. They were going to have to order replacement parts and so we wanted them to quote a price for replacement of the total unit and also quote for the replacement parts. They gave us a ball park estimate of $3500-4000 (Goodman) for a new unit (we felt that was pretty high). They called back on Tues. with price for replacement of the heating elements ($600). Felt that was a little bit high. We decided not to get the work done. We will get a few more estimates.Overall they were very responsive, on time and professional. The only negative was the price we felt was a little high for the quality of a Goodman product.

It went very well, and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. A great experience in every way.

I called the next morning and luckily they were in the area; they were here in ten minutes. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had.

He was most knowledgeable. He spoke to me the most, and explained to me everything he was doing. He wasn't the cheapest, but he also was not the most expensive. He was phenomenal. He did the work in hot weather and he was between several jobs so it was hard. He called at the end of the day to let me know where he was and made sure I understood what was going on. It took him a little while, but he was very good.

The serviceman went around and checked the air ducts for us. They have a service plan and a service contract. Everything worked out well.

I searched Angie's list for possible suggestion on HVAC units. I then contacted those rated high as well as contacted two other well known large companies. Upon receiving estimates, Anytime came in with the best price for this size and tonnage unit. I met with four contractors and selected Anytime. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and made several good recommendations upon inspecting the initial system. Since they are a relatively small business, I got to meet and talk with the owner. I think that is a plus. I expressed concerns over the brand and need for strict adherence to manufacturers suggested installation. Anytime appears to have complied with install specifications, and the completed job looks and works great at this time. The price was very competitive. The warranty appears to be competitive, also. I would highly recommend them.

IN JUNE OF THIS YEAR I HAD SERVICE DONE ON MY HOME AIR CONDITIONING UNIT BY A COMPANY THAT CHARGED ME OVER $800.00 FOR 3 SERVICE CALLS THEN SAID I NEEDED TO REPLACE MY UNIT AND QUOTED ME $4300.00 TO INSTALL A USED UNIT AND REPLACE THE DUCT WORK. MY DAUGHTER TOLD ME TO CALL A DIFFERENT A/C COMPANY, WHICH WAS "ANYTIME" AND THEY REPAIRED AND REPLACED SOME SMALL PARTS (THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPLACED) FIXED SOME DUCT WORK AND GOT MY UNIT RUNNING COLD IN A MATTER OF A COUPLE HOURS.
